PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number once dispatched.

DELIVERY TIMES
We ship from the warehouse closest to you:

— United Kingdom: 4–7 business days
— France, Germany, Italy, Spain: 5–9 business days
— Rest of Europe: 6–12 business days
— United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
— Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, public holidays, or carrier delays.

ORDER TRACKING
All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed when your order leaves our warehouse. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For orders shipped outside the European Union, local customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
