Is the VEY 001 water resistant?
The VEY 001 is rated 3 ATM (30 metres): it handles rain, hand-washing and splashes, but it is not designed for swimming or showering. Water damage beyond the rated resistance is not covered by the warranty.
What movement does the VEY 001 use? Does it need a battery?
The VEY 001 uses a Japanese quartz movement, accurate to within seconds a month. The battery typically lasts two to three years and can be replaced in minutes by any jeweller or watch repairer.
What strap does the VEY 001 come with, and can I change it?
Depending on the variant you choose, the VEY 001 comes on a leather strap or stainless steel bracelet. Veyron uses standard lug widths, so any strap of the matching width fits. Steel bracelets are adjusted by removing links, which any high-street jeweller can do while you wait.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Standard tracked delivery is free across the United Kingdom; express delivery is available at checkout. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and UK delivery then takes 4 to 7 business days. You receive a tracking link by email when the parcel is dispatched.
Can I return or exchange the VEY 001?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange, as long as the watch is unworn, in its original packaging with all accessories, and you have proof of purchase. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of inspection. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
What warranty comes with the VEY 001?
Every Veyron watch includes a 24-month international warranty covering manufacturing defects in the movement and finish. It does not cover misuse, water damage beyond the rated resistance, or normal wear such as scratches on the strap or crystal.
